Milestones for Runners
Runday t-shirts are available when you complete the following number of 5km Runday events. Each t-shirt is a badge of honour, earned through persistence, not speed. Walk, jog or run - it all counts.
Milestones for Volunteers
Volunteering is just as valuable as running, and we love recognising your contributions. You’ll earn a milestone t-shirt when you volunteer at 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 events. Every role counts—whether you’re cheering as a marshal, scanning barcodes, or setting up the course.
How to Order Your Milestone T-Shirt
Once you reach a milestone, you’ll receive an email from us with a unique link to order your t-shirt online. You can also access your milestone status and order link via your Runday profile.
To keep Runday free for everyone, we ask you to cover the cost of delivery. The price is kept as low as possible to make it accessible to everyone.
