Description
Runday is a free 5 km run that takes place every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. on the Obolon embankment. Runday is open to everyone, regardless of your experience or fitness level. People run with us for different reasons: some want to get in good physical shape, others like to be part of our community, some want to compete and win, and some like our meetings for breakfast together afterwards. So, we invite you to join us!

Information about the route
The route runs along the embankment of the Obolon River, flat terrain, without elevations.
From the start, run south along the embankment (the river will be on the left), when in the Natalka park the path deviates from the river and heads towards the concrete slopes, you need to take a right, bypassing the old part of the park along the perimeter, and return to the starting point along the same path (the river is on the right). which is also the finish line. The entire track consists of tiles, without any asphalt or soil, there are no slopes, slides, steps or any significant surface irregularities. All bends of the track can be passed without reducing speed.
Additional Information
From the peculiarities of the Obolon Runday location: there are many runners at this time - be careful in the embankment area due to slippery sand (but this is a seasonal phenomenon and takes up no more than 10% of the route)
Please note that Obolon Runday is held on public paths used by other park visitors. Please respect their space. This will not affect your result or prevent you from achieving a "personal best", but will help create a good impression of our race.
